Many clients don’t believe their lead agency does digital well. It’s hard for agencies to turn away any opportunity to earn some revenue. And as client interest and budgets have increasingly turned towards digital, the response within traditional agencies
has been to tell their clients, “Yes, we can do that,” and then they try to figure it out. It’s no surprise that the results are often dissatisfying. Agencies discover that digital isn’t just another medium like television or print. And clients discover that “Yes, we can do that,” means their key digital tasks are being outsourced, mismanaged, or improperly resourced.
For this reason we will be partnering with Digital experts to run a series of Digital Courses in 2012 to cater for all levels, from Introduction to Digital ‘1.01’ to deep dive sessions addressing Digital Strategy and Technical subjects.
